Daily Staff Performance

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve efficiency and productivity, we are introducing a new process where staff will be asked to complete a brief report at the end of their shift.

This report will help us understand what tasks were completed, any challenges that were faced, and what was accomplished during the day.

By collecting this information, we aim to gain valuable insights into our daily operations, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize our workflows and processes.

Your input is crucial in helping us to refine our systems, address any bottlenecks, and provide better support to our team members. The information collected will also enable us to recognize and reward outstanding performance, provide targeted training and development opportunities, and make informed decisions about resource allocation.

We appreciate your cooperation and participation in this process, and we are confident that it will ultimately benefit the team and the business as a whole.

This form must be completed at the end of each shift. This is a work related task and condition of ongoing employment.
